L. Young is more than just a classically trained artist with a paintbrush, keen eye, and unique ability to capture the essence of these United States.  She’s a spit-fire southern belle with a short fuse and an even warmer heart.  She and my father raised me and my two brothers to be strong, independent, and honest at any cost.  Her commitment to raising us to be southern gentlemen force her to put aside her passion for art, and commit to the rigorous routine of full-time motherhood.  Luckily, she’s back in the studio!  And that same commitment resonates throughout all she touches, especially her art!  Somehow, she’s capable of blending the timeless beauty of the South, North, East and West with modern trends.  Each piece she produces has an unmistakable personal touch that’s absolutely impossible to miss.  I absolutely loe it and have it in my first home away from home!  And I just dare you to disagree with me about Momma’s work…Did I mention we’re from the South?  Down here, respecting Momma ranks up there with bow ties, college football, and Sunday morning church.  Not necessarily in that order.  Christopher J.
