Welcome to my shop of free-spirited hand-crafted accessories! My collection of handmade and hand-dyed scarves, knit Fingerless gloves and Mittens, jewelry and bags are bohemian in nature.

I'm trying to do my best for to create Eco friendly accessories, as my linen scarves and other creations in my shop.

My goal is to continue to share a growing line of accessories with a nod to romantic design and a twist of whimsical boho flair. Thank you so much for your support!

Payment

All orders must be 'paid' after purchasing from my Etsy shop. For an extension please contact me.
I accept Paypal.

Shipping

- All the items are shipped by the registered mail OR if you want to receive your parcel faster I can ship items via DHL for a special price.
- Typically it takes up to 2-4 weeks to ship internationally so please allow plenty of time for your order to come, especially if it is for a special occasion. European customers can expect their parcel in one week.
-SHIPPING TO USA:
Shipping to US can take 2-4 weeks now, because of USPS redefine the tracking policy , we are trying to make our best, for to make better service...

If you haven't got your parcel in time, just inform us and we are going to try solving this problem together.

•SHIPPING TIME:
Europe - 5 working days (1 week)
United States and other countries - 2-4 weeks. with standart shipping and 2-5 days with DHL

•All items are sent by Registered Priority Mail.

•Items will be shipped to the address in your etsy profile. Make sure this address is correct, or contact via etsy conversation with the correct address.

Refunds and Exchanges


•It is very uncommon, but sometimes an item can get lost in the mail. Unfortunately things can go missing in the post..... If this if it happens:
1. I'm writing request in Postal office for the Search.
2.However, if package can't be found, i will make for you a refund. This paragraph applies to the items, who was purchased for the specifically special events (birthdays and others...)
3. If you don't get a package, i will resend the item for you.


•If you don't like item,please contact me, and we will discuss what can be done.

•If an item arrive damage, please send photos of the damaged package and damage item, and I will do the best, what i can.

•For buyers in EU:

*If by any reasons you are not satisfied by the item you bought from my shop, I guarantee money return with no questions asked ONLY if the following requirements have been fulfilled:
- the item is returned in its original package and condition, UNUSED;
- Item must be returned within 14 days of receiving an item;
- If you wish to return an item, please contact me before sending it back. The shipment expenses will have to be paid by the buyer.
- Money will be returned to your account, as soon as I receive item.
- I will send you return address by mail.

•For buyers in US and other countries:

*If by any reasons you are not satisfied by the item you bought from my shop, I guarantee money return with no questions asked ONLY if the following requirements have been fulfilled:
- the item is returned in its original package and condition, UNUSED;
- for US and other overseas buyers, the item must be returned within 28 days.
- If you wish to return an item, please contact me before sending it back. The shipment expenses will have to be paid by the buyer.
- Money will be returned to your account, as soon as I receive item.

Please note: For your own protection, I strongly recommend that you return your goods to us by recorded delivery.
