Payment
Make your payment as soon as possible. I am pretty flexible, So as long as you pay, I am ok. I won't post your item until your payment is cleared though.

Make sure you read the descriptions. I am based in Australia, and as such, can't accept cash, cheques or postal orders from anywhere but Australia. If this is your only way of paying, and you are not an Australian, I am afraid I can't sell to you. I accept Pay Pal only from buyers outside of Australia. I am sorry, it's not my choice.

Australian buyers, You can pay any way you choose really. I would rather a direct deposit, as I can access the funds quicker, but Pay Pal, cheques, postal orders, or concealed cash suit me fine as well. I would rather you didn't send cash though, as it would be tragic if someone were to pinch it in transit.

I send out all packages Standard shipping via Australia post (international orders are sent Air Mail). I do this in order to keep your postage costs to a minimum, but there are risks involved. If the item gets stolen or goes missing in the post, there is no way to find it again. generally, this doesn't happen. However, if you feel more comfortable with knowing where your parcel is, there is the option to get express shipping, and the like, but you will have to pay for it, and I would like you to message me before hand for a quote please. If you don't get some form of registered post or tracking, I really can't be held responsible for the whereabouts of your package. If your Item doesn't arrive, message me and we can discuss options. I can't really give a refund, because I don't have the wool any more either, but we may be able to come to some agreement.

Shipping outside of Australia may take several weeks, especially if your country holds the items at customs. Wool is an animal product and some countries may not allow your item through, or may charge an extra tariff on top of what you pay to me. This is your responsibility I am afraid, and you should look into your country's customs laws carefully before ordering.
Refunds and Exchanges
I don't give refunds unless the product is damaged, or you were somehow misled by the description. To get your money back, you will have to send me back the item so it can be examined. This will be at your cost, as I simply cannot pay to ship a product that may not be faulty. I will not give a refund if you change your mind, however, I will exchange. You will just have to send me the item back, and pick a new one. this will only be done if I believe that the situation warrants it and I reserve the right to reject a claim for an exchange. I am not legally required to offer an exchange, so consider it a courtesy. Don't abuse it or it will be withdrawn.

No refunds can be made for items lost in transit. To avoid this, please request tracking on your items.
