*To increase the LONGEVITY of the plating, DO NOT GET IT WET or rub oils or lotions, acids or anything that can strip off the layer.
* Please store your jewelry in a zipped plastic packet to prevent oxidation
Returns or Exchanges
If you have received a defective product or missing product. You may return the item for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please keep in mind. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition. Please contact us at mabelleteam@gmail.com, and send your order number, pictures and unboxing video as we are not able to refund you the amount if you don't have the unboxing video. Then we will get back to you soon as soon as possible to arrange the replacement or refund of the product.

What is hydro or hydro thermal quartz???
The hydro is short for the process of Hydrothermal Synthesis. This process has been performed by geologists, geochemists, and mineralogists since the beginning of the 20th century.
