5 out of 5 starsLove these! Prettier in person and perfect for everyone. They are especially great because of the masks that we are required to wear - they don’t get in the way (like dangle earrings). You will not be disappointed.

Getting Started with Jewelry
I have always had an interest in art, but in high school, I had the opportunity to take a jewelry making class. I was hesitant at first, but when I learned I could use a torch I was all in. Before I took the class, I made a few jewelry pieces in my standard art class. I really, really liked it. This sparked a new addictive and creative outlet.
Unlike most types of art, in metal making, you are encouraged to touch the pieces. In fact, you have to. My hands are my most important tools, but I have literally hundreds of other tools. As I am sitting in my studio writing this, I just counted 32 different types of pliers! (and I'm sure there are some hiding). A metalsmith must have a huge arsenal of tools to get things done the right way.
Well take a look around my shop and let me know if I can answer any questions.
