Fabulous, great shopping experience. From asking an initial question about sizing to the delivery, this was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. You could easily see that a lot of care went into the packaging as well. Beautiful presentation and such a joy to open the package. They exceeded my expectations in craftsmanship, design, quality and delivery. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
Back to my Creative Roots
Motivation is a funny thing. It can come from good times or bad. Mine came from the latter. I was ill for a long time, and when I was able, I honed my jewelry making skills. I had always tinkered with making jewelry and then had time to do so. I purchased supplies and began to experiment. I practiced and designed and practiced some more. I discovered new stones, unique vintage finds, and beautiful chains and clasps. Opening an Etsy shop became inevitable.
Soon after my shop opened, I was contacted by a style influencer from Los Angeles. She found my shop on Etsy and ordered a dozen necklaces for a celebrity mom and baby event she was hosting. It was an incredible business opportunity for me that opened huge doors. My jewelry was featured in magazines and blogs, it was sold in boutiques around the country, and was included multiple times in Oscar and Emmy swag bags.
But oddly, I’d lost many of the things about jewelry making that I loved. I’d gone from designing unique one of a kind pieces, to a wholesale assembly line feel. I had become a business, and less of an artisan. I missed the one on one customer interactions. I missed having time to create and experiment with new ideas. And I did not enjoy the immense pressure. It didn’t feel good and I wasn’t happy.
After some soul searching, I decided to return to my home on Etsy. And while I still enjoy wholesaling on a much more limited basis, I now have time to explore my passion for the sake of my creativity, and for my individual Etsy customers. It's a more balanced life. It’s a more creative life.
So now, along with my husband, my greatest cheerleader, business advisor, and person who can talk me off the ledge when things get crazy, I continue to create, hunt for fabulous and unique elements and findings, and remain grateful for all of the wonderful customers I’ve met along the way.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and mail your item back, unworn and in its original condition, via USPS First Class, in its original box if possible, or if unavailable, in other hard sided packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once I receive the item, you will receive a refund of the purchase price. Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition. Refunds are not available for items worn, or shipped back more than 7 days after receipt. Custom pieces are not returnable unless they are found to be faulty.
Payment by PayPal, credit card or money order is accepted. Your purchase will ship between 2-5 business days after receiving payment .

Custom and personalized orders
I love to take custom orders. Collaborating on a design is fun and fulfilling. My policy is to discuss your ideas, and then present you with three design options. I do not charge for these services. If you would like a second set of three design options, there is a charge of $25. After we have agreed on a design, full payment must be made before I begin crafting your piece. Custom orders cannot be returned unless the item is found to be faulty
You have invested in a special piece of jewelry and it deserves your care to ensure its pristine condition and longevity.
Please protect your Mack & Jane jewelry from contact with liquids that may cause the metals to tarnish, or may weaken the components over time (such as perfumes, hair sprays, moisturizers, etc). Please do not shower or bath while wearing your Mack & Jane jewelry.
Please don't sleep or do vigorous exercise while wearing your Mack & Jane jewelry as this may cause breakage of gemstones, settings, stringing materials or other components of the piece.
