We use the Post Office here in FRANCE – most of our products are mailed as small parcels with tracking number. If you are in USA, as soon as the parcel has arrived from France, you can normally track your parcel through USPS tracking.

Delivery times for small parcels from here in France:

Delivery to Euro zone normally takes about 5 - 7 days.
Delivery to to the rest of the world - including USA , Canada and Australia - takes about 10 - 20 days.

Heavier packets will go registered mail, which means that a signature will be needed on delivery. This service is faster (5 to 10 working days).

It is well worth mentioning that whilst we always take great care to faithfully reproduce the exact color and tones in the photo images, there are likely to be slight variations across the various web browsers and your individual computer screens. Some color tones in particular are notoriously difficult to represent on screen. When the exact color is especially important to you, please read the accompanying description carefully and/or contact us directly for further info before buying.

Privacy Policy.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

Data Retention

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
