Returns and exchanges
Custom orders are final sales and cannot be refunded.
If an item is damaged during shipping, photo proof of the damage will be needed within 24 hours of receiving the item or no refund will be given.
The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) prepaid and insured. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, but we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.

Attention International Buyers:
When purchasing from my shop for shipment internationally, please be advised that you may be charged VAT taxes at the time of delivery. The payment of these taxes is the responsibility of the purchaser (you). I cannot be held responsible for taxes that are charged in your country for the import goods purchased from my shop.

If you decide not to pay the fees, I am not responsible for orders left with unpaid fees or taxes and that are sent back. It will be your responsibility to pay for reshipping. No refunds will be given due to non-payment of fees and taxes applied by your country.
Payment
Payment is expected upfront for custom orders. I will begin working on your order as soon as payment is received. Once the item is completed, I will convo you to let you know that it is done and include photos for your final approval. If I have not heard back from you in 7 days, I will list the item for general sale unless previous arrangements have been made.
If it's just something you HAVE to have and can't pay all at one time, please convo me and we'll set something up that can work for both of us.
International Customers: Please remember that you are responsible for any customs fees and tariffs charged by your country. Customs fees are not included in the shipping cost of the item and depend on your country. Delivery may also be delayed by customs.
Shipping
For insurance and delivery confirmation (signature required), let me know, as this isn't included in the regular shipping costs.
Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. I am required to declare the actual value of the order on the customs form. You might wish to take a look at this customs fee calculator to better anticipate possible charges:
