I wish the seller would communicate earlier before sending the item if the item ordered is not available. I ordered the 4mm to complete my half finished big macrame, quite dissapointed when the cord arrived it is not 4mm, seller gave 2 cords mentioned the 4mm comes smaller. it is in fact a 2mm. I’ll use for make something else in the future.

The 3mm cotton cord is amazing. Kiara Rose was thoughtful and gave me an extra spool when there was an unexpected delay on her end. Thank you for the thoughtfulness and amazing product!

Kiara Rose communicated really promptly - and even threw in a complimentary spool of rope because she couldn't accomodate my original order. Really happy with my purchase. Just a thing to note - the 4mm single ply rope has a looser twist than I'm accustomed to, and it feels like a 3 or 3.5mm since it doesn't expand much, but nevertheless, LOVE it.
