What materials are used in Madame Plastique jewellery?
Well, not surprisingly most of my jewellery is made up of plastic - some more than others, but there's bound to be some plastic bits in nearly all of them.
I often use up-cycled and vintage beads and my packaging is recycled. I use no animal products.
I also like to use brass and coloured aluminium chain.
Allergy information:
I try to list the metals I use, just in case you have an allergy. Unfortunately I cannot be sure any of the materials are allergy tested.
But get in touch if you have a query - I might be able to help.
How long will it take to receive my order?
First, thank you in advance for your order!
I want to get your Madame Plastique jewellery to you as soon as possible. But, as everything is handmade, it might take a few days before I can post your items (depending on what I have in stock).
I ship by Standard airmail (all international orders), using Royal Mail, the national postal company in the UK - I don't ship by UPS or any other express courier companies.
I post in untacked, not registered post to keep the price down, but you can upgrade to a tracked delivery at extra cost.
What if I have problems with my order?
Hopefully you won't have any, but if you do, please contact us with the specific information and we will try and sort out any problems.
Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds or cancellations at this time.
I take a photo of every order before leaving, and I cannot take responsibility for any damage that may occur in transit.
Can I return anything?
Unfortunately I cannot accept returns and cancellations after your jewellery has been shipped.
However, if your order has not shipped, please contact me to see what we can figure out.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Every order is packaged in a clear recycled plastic pouch, ready for you to gift away (I attach a sample picture on every listing).
At this time, I do not offer gift packaging.
My outer packaging is functional and robust, but not glamorous. I often re-use packing materials (to get as much out of them before they are trashed!)
