5 out of 5 starsArrived really quickly. Absolutely loving this fibre - it spins like a dream and looks really lovely. More autumnal colours than bonfire once it's spun.
I wish I'd bought more, but can't justify a repeat purchase just yet, given import and other costs at this end (blimmin' Parcel Delivery company charges a whopping £8 to collect the import tax!)
I'll definitely be buying in future again though. -

Shop policies
I'm a knitter, spinner, and dyer who works mainly with natural animal fibers, including silk.
My yarns and fibers are kettle dyed in small batches which may be approximated, but never duplicated exactly in future batches.
I'm committed to quality customer service, and want to make sure, always, that you, the buyer, are completely satisfied with your purchases.

Returns and exchange details
Payment
Should you need to cancel an order, please contact me directly via e-mail and let me know. You will be billed for all Etsy fees incurred, including re-listing and the percentage Etsy takes from each sale.
Should you need to place an item on hold for any reason, we can discuss this via e-mail.
I'm willing to do whatever I can on my end to assist you if there are personal difficulties that prevent your honoring a sale, but I do expect you will do me the courtesy of contacting me personally, so we might negotiate.
Shipping

Packages are shipped to US customers via First Class Mail, up to 15.9 oz. Packages 1 lb and greater are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
I will always inform you, via the feedback page, exactly when your order shipped and provide a tracking number, so you know when to expect it.
Additional policies and FAQs
Though I am not presently equipped to handle wholesale and custom orders, or exact replicas of existing inventory, I will endeavor to accommodate you if you will send me an e-mail detailing what you have in mind. If I think I can manage it, I'll give it a go. If not, I will be honest with you and tell you so, rather than risk disappointing you.
