Hello there! I'm Madison (I also go by Maddie) and I am the artist behind Maddie and the Moon Illustration. I offer watercolor paintings and illustrations here on Etsy.
I love creating images with watercolor and ink and am inspired by the magic found in everyday life. I graduated from Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design with a degree in Illustration and currently reside in Milwaukee, WI. My work is fueled primarily by green tea and when I'm not working on my Etsy shop, I can be found creating, dancing in the kitchen, or exploring the lovely landscapes of Wisconsin.
Every item in my shop is handmade and designed by me. I design and make each print and product, wrap, package, and send out each order. Have a look around, and don't ever hesitate to send me a message with any questions or comments. I'd love to hear from you!

Frequently asked questions
Packaging
All orders are shipped in flat, recycled mailers with chipboard for a safe delivery. Prints and cards are wrapped in protective cellophane sleeves. Orders with only stickers ship in a thick kraft envelope. I use recycled, compostable and recyclable materials wherever possible.
Custom and personalized orders
I do offer custom watercolor paintings. If you have something in mind, send me a message!
Also, if there is a print or card that you would like something slightly altered on, I may be able to do that.
Wholesale availability
Please contact me about wholesale availability.
Gift wrapping and packaging
For orders marked as "gift" with a gift message included, the message will be hand-written on a watercolor card and attached to the ribbon wrapped around the art.

Please do not use or reproduce any of my work without my permission. Copyrights are not transferable with sale.
