About MaddieMaeCreative
Design inspired by life's most important moments
Maddie Mae Creative was founded on love, passion, and creating things for others that I'd want for myself.
My name is Amanda. Over the years, I've been doing tons of design work in my spare time. Websites, artwork, invitations, place cards, you name it. It was what I loved to do. It wasn't until after I'd helped my sister put together her wedding decor when it dawned on me that I should really be doing something more with this!
Fast forward to March of 2015 when my little girl Madilyn was born. After recovering from my c-section, I found myself sitting around with not a whole lot to do. I couldn't go out and shoot photo sessions for my photography business, but I had to do something! And with my beautiful newborn daughter by my side as I sat at the computer, Maddie Mae Creative was born.
I design things that I would want at my wedding, or up in my own house. I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist, and you'll see that not only in my work but in the packaging and detail that goes into everything I do. I hope you'll find something at my shop that suits your next event, but if not feel free to drop me a line! I look forward to working with you! <3

We're open and available for all of your inquiries Monday-Friday from 10am-7pm EST. We are closed weekends and observe all Canadian national holidays.

GOLD FOIL / GLITTER DESIGNS ♥
Any designs with gold foil and/or glitter textures are created with a graphic effect and will print as it looks in the listing photo. No actual foil/glitter will be on your prints.
FILE INFO: BLEEDS, FORMATS, MMC LOGO ♥
BLEEDS:
Our invitations come with industry-standard 0.125" (1/8") bleed lines where required. If they are needed for your design, PDFs will come standard with bleeds, and JPG files will come both with and without bleeds.
FILE FORMATS:
• PDF is the most commonly used printing format today, and the one we recommend most for best results. PDF files can be taken to any print shop but not to a photo lab.
• JPG is most commonly used with online printers, or photo printing services.
COMPANY LOGO:
For legal reasons, a small, tasteful logo will be on the back of all printed work with the exception of custom designs & full wedding invitation suites ONLY.
TURNAROUND & SHIPPING ♥
DIGITAL:
Digital items will be returned via email within 1-2 business days of purchase (unless otherwise indicated).
PRINTED ITEMS:
• Proofs of non-custom items will be returned for approval within 1-2 business days. Turnarounds for custom designs will vary.
• Prints will ship out within 2-3 days from receiving approval.
• We ship via Canada Post Expedited which is typically 5-10 business days within North America & includes tracking. Upgrades are available!
• We strongly recommend ordering a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks before you need your invitations in-hand (not 4 to 6 weeks from your event date), as we cannot be responsible for shipping delays.

EDITS TO COMPLETED DESIGNS ♥
You have 7 days to request changes after receiving your files. Any requests for changes past 7 days will require you to re-purchase your invitation. Extensions to this timeframe are welcome provided they are requested within the initial 7 days.
