if you see a bag you covet, please let me know. if you see something you would like in another color, size, derivation, embelishment, convo me. I love to do custom work and i guarantee it 100%... if you don't love your custom maddy & me, you don't have to buy it. that simple. i don't want anyone walking around with a maddy & me they don't LOVE --- that is contrary to the whole idea of what i am doing. to have it, you must love it.

i want you to be happy with your maddy & me. i guarantee my work 100% and will gladly offer a refund or exchange if you are not satisfied - please note you will be responsible for return shipping.

i cannot guarantee the workmanship of purchased pins used as embelishments. many pins are vintage or one-of-a-kind. i will replace a lost or broken pin at cost plus shipping, please convo me for more information.

domestic shipping (to U.S.)
all in stock items are shipped within 2 days via usps priority mail. delivery is usually 2-3 days after delivery to the post office. if you would like insurance or a signature confirmation, please convo me and i will add the specific charges.

International
all in stock items are shipped within 2 days via US International First Class mail. if you would like to upgrade to International Priority mail, please convo me and I will send you an adjusted invoice.
