4 out of 5 starsThis item is adorable but the wood is a little thinner than what I expected. The decoration painted “ring” around the perimeter was not painted in the lines and there are noticeable brush strokes of gold paint that goes beyond the grooves area. I had wanted this personalized but received it as is. However, that was MY fault because I never saw the owners messages to me through the app. She was extremely nice and helpful. I didn’t mention to her the paint job so I can’t comment on how she would have handled it but my conversations with her about personalizing the item were very cordial.
