Colourful creations handmade by Shelley Busby
Madebybusby was a passion project that arose when I was heavily pregnant & clearly nesting. I was in complete craft mode & making personalised items for my son's nursery. Flash forward a few months, I decided to embrace my creative side & open my etsy store selling colourful creations.
I've been using my small biz to explore my creativity. Here you’ll find quirky, colourful pieces which are customisable you your tastes.
I use weaving, punch needle & fiber techniques to create my products. Each are bold, bright & just a bit fun! Lots of googly eyes & happy faces.

Returns and exchange details
•Refunds can not be offered on items due to slight differences as each item is handmade and it is clarified in the item details.
•Refunds can not be offered on custom items as they are made just for you.
Payment
•I also accept e-cards but these items will not be fulfilled until the payment has cleared.
•If you wish to cancel your order please do so within 3 days, I will only accept cancellation after this period if there are extreme circumstances.
•Your item may be subject to custom charges based on your location, however I can not be held responsible. If you wish to know more please refer to your local postal service website.
•I do not share any of your details with third party companies. They are used to process & ship your order only.
Shipping
•Once the item leaves my hands I unfortunately can't be held responsible for the time it takes or lost packages but if you want more security please message me for upgraded postage. I always retain proof of postage & add a return address jut in case there’s an error on route.
Additional policies and FAQs
Firstly thank you for shopping small this Christmas.
All Christmas items have the deadline information attached to them to ensure you know as much as possible when ordering.
Orders still take 2-4weeks to be made however closer to the deadline dates I will prioritise the Christmas items to ensure they leave on time.
As my local area is in lockdown post is very slow so please ensure you order early no matter if you're in the Uk or international.
The following are the last order dates:
UK - 4th of December (will be shipped by the 18th)
International - 27th of November (will be shipped by the 12th via signed/tracked)
Once items leave my hands unfortunately I can't control how long they take but I am following the post office deadline dates.
Any made to order purchases made after the 11th of December will be shipped in the new year :)
Also I am currently not working with bloggers on festive content. Unfortunately its not something I can budget this year.
Privacy
No addresses or personal details are used outside of labelling your parcel.
If you have any concerns about your personal details please feel free to message me.
I am not responsible for how Etsy store your details however I do not store any of those details outside of it

Frequently asked questions
Care instructions
To care for your woven cloud make sure to give it a little shake weekly & keep out of high traffic dust areas such as the bathroom! If dust does settle you can gently hand clean.
Punch needle pieces should be spot cleaned only & any snags can be snipped.
Pom-poms may need trims to keep them fluffy. Make sure to give them a quick fluff on arrival & adjust the shape of rainbows slightly with a gentle squeeze.
Custom and personalised orders

Child safety.
As a lot of my items are bought to display in nurseries please ensure they are kept out of reach of children.
They are for display purposes only rather than sensory toys.
Plushies have been sealed so are safe for little hands!
