Thank you for visiting Gaia – Linen Clothing & more. We'd like to share some information about us with you so that you may get to know us better.
The inspiration for our brand name Gaia comes from a very interesting thing: all of our members, from founder/designer, tailors, embroiderers, packaging and customer service staff, are women. We choose our path as a tailor shop - instead of mass production, not only to best meet the requirements of each individual, each body, each need - but also to minimize textile waste from mass industrial production. We believe that sustainable fashion will become more popular, not because it is better for the environment, but because it is better for us and future generations.
All clothing is handmade at our studio. With many years of experience in tailoring & hand-embroidery, along with grasping the new trends of the times, we hope our items meet all your personal desires, and and that you will enjoy wearing them.
HOW TO HAVE BEST PURCHASE EXPERIENCE WITH US?
Below are some important notes, please read and feel free to ask if you need any support from us, we are happy to help.
1-SIZE:
• Your satisfaction is our first priority, we are eager to make the best fitting garments for you, so don’t hesitate to leave us a note with your measurements (Bust, Waist, Hips, Height & Weight) and any special instructions such as big biceps, short torso…. while making a purchase. Otherwise, the garment will be made according to the size you choose from OUR size chart.
• If you are not sure which size to choose, please contact us for the details or advice. You can also tell us your height and current size (for example, 6 US women/36.5 UK and 5ft3) that assist us choose the appropriate size for you.
In any case, please help to check your measurements CAREFULLY to get the right size.
2-COLOURS:
• If you can't find a color you love, do let us know as we have many other fabrics which we could not show them all.
• Actual color may vary by 5-10% due to shooting equipment or lighting.
3-CUSTOMIZATION:
• We offer FREE customization (excluding for difficult adjustments). You can have fit style, neckline, sleeve or sleeveless, sleeve length, hem length…Please note your adjustments on the order or via message, all will be read and followed.
• You can also request that the embroidered designs be customized. The cost may increase depending on how complicated they are. Feel free to ask, we’re always here for you!
4-PACKAGING:
• USED cartons may be used to package products (and not with our logo). To reduce waste, we intend to reuse these boxes. Please contact us if you have any special packing needs.
• If required, a message will be included.
6- DELIVERY
• Each order will be provided with a tracking number for your convenience to track the shipping process
• International standard shipping available.

6- REFUND, RETURN, AND EXCHANGE
Refunds, returns, and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
- The items have not been washed or used, and all tags and labels are still attached.
- Not a custom product
- Products are shipped to Vietnam according to our store address (Ha Noi, Vietnam), taxes and shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Products are returned to us as soon as they are delivered within 5 days.
