I began making jewelry in November 2010. I was inspired by my mother-in-law and sister-in-law who have years of jewelry making and crafting experiences. With some guidance and a lot of support, Gracifer was born!
In 2013, my husband and I welcomed a beautiful baby girl. Since then I pretty much gave up on jewelry making and focused on being a mom. With the help and support of my encouraging family, I can now somewhat juggle between a full-time job, a toddler and my jewelry making hobby.
Vision: In the next 5 years, I hope to become a stay at home mom.

♦ Can I reserve listings?
Yes, I'm happy to put an item on hold for you for up to 7 days. Please contact me to arrange this.
I mail your purchase out within 1-2 business days of placing the order. Purchases made over the weekend will go out on Monday. Unless it's a custom, hand stamped item. Those are made to order and will ship between 3-5 business days.
♦ When can I expect my item to arrive?
• within Canada avg 3 business days.
• within USA avg 7 business days
• everywhere else 14-28 days
Most items will arrive within this time frame but can take longer so please allow up to 28 business days. Please be patient as unpredicted events can affect shipping ie: weather, postal strike, etc.
♦ How do I track my item?
The standard shipping charge does NOT include tracking. You may choose to upgrade the shipping to have your parcel tracked. Please kindly understand, I am NOT responsible for lost packages if you do not choose tracked shipping.
♦ Can I get express shipping?
Yes, for an upgrade I can ship the item to you via Canada Xpress Post. Please contact me first if this service is needed for postage quote.
♦ I haven't received my item, what should I do?
If your package hasn't arrived within 28 business days please get in touch with me. I want all my customers to be happy and will make an effort to achieve that.
♦ Customer is responsible for any customs charges/import duty/taxes etc..
♦ I re-use bubble wraps to reduce waste. In order to save trees, I don't include printed invoice in the package.
