Shipping
Items will be dispatched within 5 working days of cleared payment (unless specified separately in the product listing)

Items to be delivered in the UK will be posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Post

Items to be delivered to the Rest of the World will be posted via Airmail

All items will be presented on a backing card or in a gift box, and will be colourfully gift wrapped before dispatch. (Please see individual product listings for details) Additional packaging is used as required to ensure your items reach you in perfect condition.

Your order may arrive in more than one delivery

Your items will be sent to the address you specify on your order. Please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to me immediately so the problem can be resolved as quickly as possible.

You are responsible for paying any import duty, customs entry fee or any additional taxes, fees or levies that are applicable by local legislation. Customers are advised to check these details before placing their order

If you would like your order insured or sent via trackable post, please message me to discuss prices.
Refunds and Exchanges
Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order up to 14 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please inform us in writing, either via email or by letter. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone.

This policy does not apply to goods ordered by businesses which are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations, or the following goods which are exempt from the right to cancel:

Any items which have been personalised or modified to your specification, post ordering. eg bespoke or custom made items

Business customers, or customers exempt from the distance selling regulations may not cancel or return any items which have been made to order.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Returning Unwanted Goods:

If you wish to cancel your order, please get in contact within 14 working days.

You must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging, at your own expense.

You must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

Refunds:

All monies paid for the cancelled items, including the original postage / delivery costs, will be refunded within 30 days.

Faulty Items:

If an item you have purchased from LIFE is Better in COLOUR turns out to be faulty, please get in contact as soon as possible. Depending on the nature of the fault, and the continued availability of the product - either a full refund, exchange or repair will be offered. This will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, and will be actioned without unreasonable delay. Usually a digital photograph that clearly shows the fault is sufficient evidence, but in some instances, it may be necessary for you to return the faulty item. The cost of returning goods is your responsibility, however on inspection reasonable postage costs will be refunded, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, they will be returned to you - however you will be required to cover reasonable postage costs.

How it works....

Get in contact and tell me as much information as possible about what colourful idea you would like me to create! I'll review your ideas, make further suggestions and generate a quote based on the information you have provided.

Once all of the details have been agreed, and we are both happy to proceed, you will be sent a link to a custom order listing.

Once you have added this item into your basket and checked out you are making an offer to buy goods as described in the product listing. This becomes a binding contract when your order is acknowledged and accepted via email.

You will be clearly notified on the custom order listing whether or not your item is eligible to be returned during the 30 day cooling off period:

"Made-To-Order" items which are simple variations on my current season colours and designs will usually be eligible for return and refund if you change your mind.

However, "Bespoke" items that have been made specifically to your requirements cannot be cancelled or returned unless damaged.
