Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, although for UK-based customers we will accept bank transfers or cash in person.

Please abide by the usual Etsy guidelines of paying within 3 days of purchase. If we have not received payment within a week of purchase and have not heard from the purchaser, the transaction will be cancelled and the items relisted.

Should you wish to cancel an order for any reason, then please convo us explaining why and we will sort you out.

Due to work commitments elsewhere, as of 1 January 2012 we have had to revert to using designated shipping days. All items purchased Friday to Monday will be be posted Tuesdays. All items purchased Tuesday to Thursday will be posted Fridays.

If you are in the midst of a project bag emergency, however, let us know and we will go out of our way to get it to you PRONTO (i.e. we'll post urgent requests within 24hrs of purchase). We hope to return to our normal shipping schedule soon.

All items are shipped via Royal Mail - First Class within the UK, and Airmail Small Packet for anything to Europe and beyond.

First Class should arrive within 2 working days, Airmail should arrive within 5 working days. However, these are of course reliant on the cooperation of postal services.

Upgrading to Recorded or Special Delivery within the UK is available, at cost, upon request. We will also investigate expediating and insurance options for our overseas customers, upon request.

We DO NOT include an itemised receipt for any of our overseas customers, please print your Etsy or PayPal receipt instead for your records. Please note, we will only list the cost of the materials used to make your item(s) on the custom sticker.

FOR OUR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS: Please note we will not include a herbal lavender sachet with your Perfect Project bag, as it will be confiscated by Australian customs. We will, however, include a scented sachet instead and note this clearly on your packet.
