I accept payment by Paypal. I also accept cheques from UK customers.

Please pay for your item within 3 days of purchase.
I aim to post all items within two days of receiving payment but if there is a delay I will let you know immediately. The only exception to this is where an item is custom made and details of despatch will be noted in the product description.

UK Orders are posted using second class Royal Mail service. Please allow 1 week for delivery but often the service is quicker than this. Postage to Europe and the rest of the World is using the Royal Mail Airmail service. Royal Mail advise that it takes 3 days for an item to reach Western Europe, 5 days to Eastern Europe and 7 days to the rest of the world. Both mail services include compensation for to £46 should your item get damaged or lost in transit. If you would like to upgrade your postage to a faster service please contact me for more options!

I calculate all postage costs using the Royal Mail website online facility and will always obtain proof of postage on despatch.

Unfortunately I cannot take responsibility for postal or shipping delays or errors, theft or custom delays but if you do not receive your item within the estimated delivery time please do let me know and I'll try to chivvy up the delivery service where possible!

Your special purchase will be carefully wrapped to ensure a safe transit. I made the item carefully and I wish to ensure that when it reaches it you it is in tiptop condition!
Refunds and Exchanges
I hope that there isn't a problem but if there is, or you simply change your mind, an item may be returned within 14 days after you have received your purchase. The item must be in its original condition. I do ask that you let me know that there is a problem straight away and I can see what I can do to resolve the issue. It's important to me that you receive the best customer service possible.

If your item arrives to you damaged, or the packaging is in an unacceptable condition, I ask for you to retain the packaging so that I can attempt to make a successful claim to Royal Mail.

Generally unless the return is due to an original error or fault by me you are responsible for return postage of any item.
Additional policies and FAQs
If I have listed a custom order for a particular person at their request and someone else purchases the item I do reserve the right to cancel that transaction. I will ensure that the custom listing clearly states that it is reservation. However if you do see a reserved item that you'd like for yourself do drop me a line, I'll be happy to help!
