Returns and exchanges

I want everyone to be 100% satisfied with each and every purchase. If you are for any reason unhappy, please email me and we will work it out in either a replacement item or a refund upon receipt of the returned item. Thank you!

Payment

Payment should be received within 3 days.

At this time I only accept paypal. You can use a credit card even if you dont have a paypal account.

Shipping

I only ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays. If you make an order on a Wed. your order will not ship out until the following Monday. Thanks for your patience and if an exception needs to be made please contact me.

If my shipping charges are more than $1.00 over the actual shipping cost, I will refund you the difference through PayPal.

Items are usually shipped First Class Mail, but if you would like to upgrade to Priority mail, please let me know.
