Shop policies
The Pixies travel the world, and when they come home, our workshop is their safe haven. Products are hand made.
The Pixies are adamant that only buyers with a truly discerning eye will recognize the workmanship that has gone into producing any of their pieces. Their craft can be understood only by those with the same passion for hand made and sense of what is wise (for people, planet or other)… Thank you for being one of them.
Our products are made in a spirit of sustainable consumption and fair trade.
Our hand made items carry traces of their past (such as scratches etc.) and of the work that has been applied to them (stamping leaves bumps on the back of the item).
They also need to be treated with love: do not use any abrasive product or scour them as this will leave scratches on them.
The Pixies and their host thank you for reading this and for being interested in their products. Without you, they would possibly starve :)

Shipping
All items will be shipped via our local mail within 5 business days, once payment has been received, and unless otherwise specified. It may take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive at international destinations, and is subject to customs clearance.
Please make sure you check the address you provide is correct.
If you wish, you can ask us to send your item via registered mail. We will tell you the cost of sending to the country you live in. If you chose registered mail, we will e-mail you all useful information after item(s) are shipped.
