Making pretties in an old textile city

I’ve always been an artist and I've always wanted to sell what I make. I started making things to sell when I was a little kid. I would set up a table in the living room and sell the miniatures my older sister had taught me to make. I would sell them to my mom. She was a good customer.

When I was in college, I started selling at craft shows, festivals, and flea markets, primarily handpainted and silk screened t-shirts and polymer clay items. I was getting my degree in art at the same time.

I always worked a full time job but in 2007 I got a studio in an old mill full of artists called Western Avenue Studios and I leapt into making full time. I sell out of my studio, at shows, in shops, and on Etsy!

I just love making attractive, carefully constructed items that people can use and admire for years and years.

Returns and exchanges
Return Policy:

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me first and I will work with you to resolve any issues. If we can't figure out a resolution, I will refund your full purchase price, not including shipping fees, upon return of the item in its original condition.

Contact me within seven days of receipt of your purchase and notify me of your intent to return. You have 10 days from the time you receive your puchase to return it to me. I cannnot accept returns after 10 days. Please use delivery confirmation on all returns and provide the tracking number after mailing. All refunds are issued through PayPal.
I accept PayPal and credit card payments.

Massachusetts residents will be charged 6.25% sales tax.
I generally ship within three business days of payment unless otherwise stated in my shop announcement and message to buyer.

Overseas Shipping:
Shipping internationally may cause your parcel to attract fees or duties when delivered. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Additional policies and FAQs
Repair/Replace Policy:

I offer free repair for all jewelry items for the lifetime the piece, you need only pay for postage. This is limited by whether I still have the original materials used in the piece to be able to complete the repair.

I can also provide a replacement for single lost earrings for half the cost of the original pair plus shipping. This is also contingent on my still having the proper ingredients. (I cry if I lose an earring and I don't want you to cry.)
