We washed this product before placing it on our Ergo (she would be chewing on it so of course I wanted to wash it) well the padding and fabric got all sorts of messed up, its all bunched up and funky looking now, I wish there was a note not to wash/dry this item. Disappointing because it was cute.

This is the perfect Sophie leash! I have had other mothers ask where I got it from and have recommended this seller! It's a great length, not too short and not too long.

Her customer service blew me away! She was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile. It shipped the day I ordered it and she included a letter to the recipient (since it was a gift) AND a cute bow tie carrying case for it. I will definitely be shopping here again.
