I make sure that my items are perfect before i send it to the buyer. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 business days after receiving the item. If you decide to return the item, it must be posted within those first 7 days too. It must be returned unused, in its original packaging. I will refund you via Paypal, minus the cost of shipping. You will shoulder the cost of shipping the item back to me.

I accept paypal in US dollars only except for France and Belgium. Items will be shipped as soon as payment is made in full and cleared.

If you're based in Europe and would like to pay in Euros, please make your purchase at Etsy and then send me a message via the Conversations or Convo feature before paying via Paypal. I will send you a revised invoice so you can pay in your chosen currency.

No Paypal account? No problem! Click on the Paypal link and see that credit card payments are also accepted.

All items are shipped from Belgium.

Prints are sent in a hard cardboard envelope and protected by an acid free cello sleeve, so they can come to you in the best and safest way.

Boxes, Jewelry and Art dolls are shipped in a protective bubble enveloppe.

I send my products by regular postal airmail. There is no way of tracking regular post airmail. They usually reach their destination in 7 to 14 days. Please, you need to be aware that once item is shipped I have no power with the postal system. Sometimes post can be slow, so please, be patient. I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage. However, if anything happens, whether it be loss or damage, do not hesitate to convo me and I'll send you a new one (for prints) of replace it the best I can. I however do not make refunds.

If you prefer registered mail, convo me or mention it in your purchase. Additional costs of $8 will be added to your invoice (packages of maximum 3.5 pounds/ 2 kg).


Please be aware that any customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
