Made On Urth Co. was created by Debora Ernest in August of 1996. Although she actually started making jewelry & having craft shows in her high school years. She laughs about the very chunky almost weighing 1/2 lb. earrings she use to make and wear daily. By the time her college years rolled around, a transition took place and she begin using clay to actually make beads and learned many macrame techniques. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it within seven business days of the date on your receipt. The item must be returned in the original condition it was received. After we have received the item you will be given store credit or a full refund less shipping and handling charges. No refunds on special orders.

Shipping
With the exception of items requiring a special order, jewelry is normally shipped within two days or less of order/receipt of payment. We ship via First Class Mail by the US Postal Service with a Delivery Confirmation within the United States. We charges a flat rate fee of $3.00 per total transaction. Fairy Garden orders are and exception and the charge will be actual amount of shipping cost. Thank you!
