Please take a moment to read through our policies prior to making a purchase.
If anything is unclear, or if you would like further information, please feel free to contact us via Etsy.
Payment can be made via PayPal - please pay within two days of purchase.
We can also accept cheques - please contact us if you would like to pay by this method.
Once payment has been received, items will be shipped as soon as possible, and within two working days.
Items shipped within the UK are posted by Royal Mail 1st class post, and should arrive within a few working days. Please note that this is an untracked service, although we will obtain a Proof of Posting when the item is shipped.
Items shipped overseas are posted by Royal Mail Airmail. Please see the Royal Mail website for estimated delivery times.
Refunds and Exchanges
We hope you will love your items from madetogive! If, however, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us in the first instance.
With the exception of Custom Orders, refunds (less shipping) can be arranged for items returned in their original condition.

Custom Orders are always welcome! Please contact us with your specific requirements.
Wherever possible, in order to reduce costs, your order will be packaged using recycled material. This could include recycled cardboard stiffeners to protect items in transit where necessary.
Please be aware that our items are made in a dog-friendly but smoke free home.
