Returns and exchanges
Since all orders are custom made, once purchased and produced there are no Returns/Exchanges
If you are ordering a custom piece a proof will be approved prior to production.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will make every effort to rectify the problem. A convo about your dissatisfaction allows us to address the issue. Please make contact with us before trying to problem-solve with negative feedback. We are willing to help with what we feel is right and reasonable.
For a refund, the buyer must pay for return shipping. For an exchange, the buyer must pay return shipping and exchange shipping. In either case, we must receive the returned items in their original packaging and in perfect, like-new condition. Once we have received the returned item and can confirm that it is in perfect condition, you will be refunded, minus a 15% handling and restocking fee and the original shipping charges.
Custom orders are final sale.
We do our very best to describe and photograph items thoroughly, including the size and color. We will not refund for size or color issues.
It cannot stress enough the importance of checking and re-checking that your order is correct prior to purchasing as supplies are ordered immediately after payment no refunds can be issued once the item is made.
For international orders, buyer is responsible for all customs & duty fees
Plastic are ordered from an outside supplier and may take time. This is the majority of the wait time.
Once the materials arrive we begin to laser and create your piece for a quick turn around. Everything is packed safely and is shipped out to you. You will receive a notification of shipment and a tracking number for USPS Priority shipping.
US orders ship via USPS Priority Mail and will arrive in 2 - 3 business days.
International orders ship via USPS First Class International Mail and will arrive in about 2 weeks.
Standard method of shipment is USPS Priority Mail and all orders are shipped from local Post Office at zip code 10025.
Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The shipping costs include shipping, handling, tracking, and the supplies needed to ship out your items.
Made With Laser INC. is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, mis-delivered or stolen.
Shipping for all orders is at the customers entire risk, and Made With Laser INC. must waive all liability for all circumstances, including but not limited to: the shipment is refused by customs or the post, lost, rejected, confiscated, stolen, damaged, mis-delivered or delayed. If your package is confirmed as delivered and you suspect theft or mis-delivery, you must then contact your local post office or authorities to investigate.
Please confirm that your address is correct before purchasing. We cannot change your address once your order is placed- unless USPS tells us there is something wrong with the address- then I will contact you via email to confirm the address that was provided. Buyers are responsible for any shipping costs of returned packages.
