Every single little crocheted flower at Made With Sweetness if hand crocheted. No two flowers will look exactly alike. There will be slight variation, however, unnoticeable. I try to use the best materials I can find: lead free, chemical free, and environmentally friendly.

All the packaging (organza bags, etc) are made by me, by hand.

Returns and exchanges
I hope that you absolutely LOVE the items you've ordered, but if it is damaged or if in some way unwearable or clearly despicable, I will accept a return and you will receive a refund in the form of store credit. You are responsible for paying for return shipping.

I am also not responsible for items that get lost in the post, however, if that does happen, I will issue a refund to you in the form of store credit. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Payment
I take Paypal only for all transactions. If payment is not received within the week, I will cancel the order and the items will be re-listed.

If you are a local customer and I know you personally and you would like to buy something, contact me however you wish and I will omit the shipping charges and allow you to pay through check/money order or other means.
Shipping
I ship through USPS Parcel Post. Items will be shipped the day after order is placed unless it is a custom order. Typically, it will take 1-4 days for you to receive the item depending on which side of the county you live.

If you are an international customer, you are responsible for paying customs fees which will be included in the total shipping price. If your country is not listed, PLEASE contact me so I can set up a quote for you.

I will not include delivery confirmation or insurance for any order unless you specifically request it or if your package is large and worth over $50.
