Welcome to Mad Girl Vintage and Mad Men Vintage. We make a strong commitment to the environment, as evident in our philosophy of living with vintage.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
All sales on our vintage items are final (we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges on these items). We describe all vintage items, through photography and copy, as accurately as possible. If you have any questions or any concerns about a particular item, please make sure to contact us before you make your purchase. We will be happy to answer any questions and work with you until you feel comfortable with the process.

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival, and does not include irregularities mentioned in vintage item descriptions. No claims can be made after 48 hours. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us via email immediately.
We only accept PayPal as a form of payment at this time. If you need additional time to pay, please just let us know and we'd be happy to reserve the item for a few days. Typically that will not be a problem.
All orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days using USPS Parcel or First Class. Mad Girl Vintage is not responsible for service transit time. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. If you require fast shipping please let us know and we can quote you a different rate using different delivery methods. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please email us.

Once an order is given to a shipping carrier, the package then becomes that carrier’s responsibility and Mad Girl Vintage is no longer liable. All US orders shipped via USPS will include insurance but NO TRACKING. If you would decide to waive the insurance Mad Girl Vintage will not be responsible for loss or damage incurred to the item. If you require a tracking number, please let us know and I will update the shipping to reflect the additional cost incurred. International (non US) will NOT include insurance. Lost packages are the buyers responsibility, seller is not liable. All FEES due to customs and other country taxes are the BUYER's responsibility, seller is not responsible.

If you mistakenly provided us with an incorrect or insufficient address, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we will correct it with no problem. If your order has already been shipped, we must wait until delivery is attempted and then returned back to us before we can change the address – please note that additional shipping charges will incur for reshipment.
Additional policies and FAQs
At Mad Girl Vintage we have a strong commitment to the environment. We often use recycled or repurposed packing materials to lessen the impact on the environment.

Accessories in the photos are NOT included unless specified in description.

We charge a small handling fee per item, often less. We will happily refund any over-charge for shipping if the over-charge end up being out of the ordinary. Please let us know if we have forgotten.
