All items in my shop are handmade, so each item is unique and subtly different from even similar items. You can therefore rest assured that your item will be unique to you. I inspect all items for quality prior to despatch, but please note that the nature of handmade items may mean that they are not as “perfect” as shop bought item – ie: beads may not be exactly identical in size and shape. However this is part of their charm and is the sign of something artisan, rather than something mass produced.

Shipping
Shipping prices are clearly stated, and include packaging. I aim to despatch all items as fast as possible, but please allow 7 working days from the time of order for receipt (or 15 days to the USA/Worldwide).
All items are offered with shipping options both within the UK and worldwide. This will include insurance, up to the value of the item, during transit only. All items are shipped from the UK and postage prices do not include any local customs orimport charges, if shipped overseas.
All items are well packed prior to sending but if an item is damaged during shipping then I must be contacted as soon as possible.

I try to take photographs that are as accurate as possible, but due to the difference in various monitors, colours may vary from the actual item. I also describe my items as accurately as possible, so please check actual sizes quoted in the item description, as the pictures of the finished items appear larger than they are in reality.
