About

Maëlle & Fanny is a world of poetic jewelry, colorful and unique, inspired by flowers and nature :)

The company was founded in December 2010 by Caroline Rivière, first under the name MaëlleFantasy, Maëlle being the first name of her eldest daughter. At the birth of her second daughter in 2012, the company became Maëlle & Fanny.

The jewelry Maëlle & Fanny were initially metal fashion jewelry, then Caroline began to look to go further in the creation and to work the polymer clay and resin. In February 2012, she launched the Butterflies collection, earrings in the shape of butterfly wings, and at the beginning of 2014, the resin Bubble collection, which will become the common thread and the signature of Maëlle & Fanny.

The year 2015 marked a turning point for the company, it was during the summer of this year that I met Caroline, at an exhibition where I sold my own jewelry. After a while, Caroline suggested to me to associate with her. Her studies in jewelry were almost finished, and she had several other projects in progress and therefore needed help to continue to lead the boat Maëlle & Fanny.

In January 2016, Caroline finally decided to devote herself to her own silver and gold jewelry line and I took the lead of Maëlle & Fanny alone with confidence, after more than 6 months of collaboration.

Like many French people, I arrived in Quebec, in Sherbrooke in 2007, to study biotechnology engineering. At the end of my studies in 2011, I asked myself the right questions (existential ...), and I decided to stay in Quebec (but in Montreal this time) and try to realize my dreams !! My dreams were to create my own line of jewelry, while helping others to put positive in their lives! The mix of the two gave my first company: Bichhoo Montreal, born in 2013. At the same time, to perfect my knowledge in management, I studied at HEC Montréal, DESS in management, diploma that I obtained in 2015.

At the creative level, with Bichhoo, I used mostly semi-precious stones, tassels and gold plated findings. I discovered the work of resin thanks to Caroline in 2015 and since then, I have plenty of new ideas to develop this beautiful company. :)

Returns and exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Refund are made only in case of breakage, you have to send us a picture of the damaged item and the packaging within the limit of 7 working days after receiving the item.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 business days of your purchase. A refund will be issued once you have returned the item, unworn and in its original packaging, Shipping fees will be charged to the buyer.
Payment
We accept payment by Paypal and by credit card.
Shipping
Items are shipped within three to five business days after receipt of payment. You will then receive a confirmation email. Items are carefully packaged, ensuring any breakage.

Standard shipping does not include tracking number or insurance. If you want to track your package and have an insurance, please choose from the upgrades options available.

The customer has the responsibility to ensure that the mailing address provided is correct. If a package is returned to us due to incomplete address or an address error, the shipping fee to send back the item will be paid by the buyer.

Customs charges or import fees may be charged to the customer when receiving the package. They are controlled by the tax legislation of your country of residence. We can not predict these costs and we're not reponsable. We do not accept returns because of these costs.
