Greetings! First, I want to thank all of the wonderful customers who have messaged me over the past two months; it has been a very, very hectic time for me personally and I appreciate your concern  I have been thinking a lot about the direction of my shop and have decided to only fill orders for items currently listed in my Etsy shop; I will NOT be creating custom listings and fulfilling custom orders. Unfortunately, I cannot predict the amount of time I will have to list items I do have in stock – whatever is listed is what is available and I will try to list items when I can.
I will also be increasing the quantities of the individual listings. Any smaller quantities available (ribbon yardage, number of buttons, etc.) will most likely not be duplicated unless I already have them rolled or packaged that way. Ribbon will no longer be available by the yard.
All prices are final and reflect the maximum discount available for the cost and for the shipping.

All payments must be made via paypal. Sorry, no cash, checks, e-checks or money orders. Payments must be received within 72 hours (3 days) of ordering or your order will be canceled.
Items will typically ship between 1-3 business days from the day the order was placed unless noted otherwise in the shop announcement.

At this time, I am only shipping first class to continental US customers, Hawaii and Alaska. International shipments to Canada, the UK and Australia will be sent Priority or Express mail only; I apologize, but I am unable to offer first class shipping outside the U.S. All other countries will ship express mail only with delivery confirmation and signature required only. Please convo me to set up a listing with shipping to non-U.S. countries.

All domestic items will ship USPS with delivery confirmation. Please let me know before payment if you wish to add insurance or upgrade to USPS Priority or Express mail. I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the supply nature of the items, refunds will not be issued unless items have been grossly misrepresented. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged or lost in transit; see shipping section regarding purchase of insurance on shipments. Additionally, items are not considered damaged or misrepresented due to normal wear and tear, which may be expected.

Please feel free to convo me with product, rush shipping or any other questions BEFORE ordering. Per my shipping terms items may go out anywhere from 1-3 BUSINESS (Mon-Fri) days from when the order is paid for. If you need an item to be "rushed" you must contact me before hand to receive confimation that I am able to do that. Thank you for your understanding!
