I attempt to repurpose or recycle items as much as I can - if at least one component in a piece I post includes a repurposed or recycled item, I'll make a note of it in the post.

My jewelry was never made for children. There's very little plastic in sight - it's mostly glass, crystal, metal, and filigree.

Accepted payment methods

Paypal
Returns and exchanges
No refunds or returns unless I made a mistake with the crafting of the piece. After 30 days, no refunds or returns period. Like most things, if you fall, my jewelry might break.

All my items are made and shipped with care.
Payment
I accept Paypal. If the item is not paid for within four days, I assume you've decided you don't want it anymore (Etsy policy). I ship only after payment.

Texas does have a REQUIRED in-state 8.25% sales tax.
Shipping
I do not ship to Italy, Spain, or Mexico. If you buy multiple things, I lower shipping costs for subsequent items, within reason. If you have any question about shipping, please contact me.

I reuse materials in shipping whenever I can - bubble wrap, boxes, cotton, tissue, bags, and sometimes even packages. It is part of my green policy, and I thank you for joining me in the green cause.

I do not ship to Mexico or Italy.

I ship USPS First Class (unless otherwise specified before purchase) Monday-Friday. When I can, I will ship on Saturday, but that's not always possible.
Additional policies and FAQs
I work in a smoke-free environment, not a pet-free one.

If you would like to custom order something based on my previous works or some of my themes, it might cost a little bit more depending on the materials necessary, the time needed, and the specificity of the request. Feel free to contact me with a request - IF I decide to take it, we can discuss deadlines. For more difficult custom orders, I expect payment before beginning in order to protect the investment of time, so I'll put up a "reserved" post prior to starting the project. You will get to approve the appearance before shipment.

Any other question, contact me! I'm friendly. :)
