Hello and Welcome to Maggie Burns Illustrations. Every item in my shop is hand drawn or designed by myself. I take great pride in each item I offer and strive to give you and exemplary product.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact me within: 30 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 45 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
Due to COVID-19 postal services worldwide have been delayed. This shop does not offer returns or refunds due to delayed shipping. If shipping is taking longer than a month - please notify me right away and we can work together to fix the situation.
Payment
Payment must be provided at checkout. Cancellations on orders must be made within in 12 hours of purchase. Custom Orders will not proceed until payment has been received.
Shipping
Due to COVID-19 I will only be visiting the post office once a week (Saturday) to avoid exposure.

I ship with USPS. You are given a variety of shipping options to choose from at checkout. Stickers are guaranteed free shipping in the USA and $2 USD flatrate in every other serviced area.

International Orders - your order, once arriving to your country, may require additional custom fees. While I strive to make sure everything has been paid for and that customs is not an issue - costs sometime occur unexpectedly. This shop does not cover the additional customs cost. (However, if this occurs - please let me know so that I can investigate the case and prevent this from happening further and offer you a recovery discount code.)

Please be advised - due to shipping restrictions and cost - I am unable to ship to certain countries at this point in time.

Tell Me About Custom Orders
- Custom orders must be discussed between Client and
Maggie before purchase.
- Client must provide pictures and inspiration.
- Please allow up to 3 weeks, after purchasing, for custom
order to be completed.
- Custom Orders Must be paid in full before work is started.
- Once custom order is finished a preliminary file will be sent
to client for approval.
- only 3 revises are allowed per piece. For each additional
revision a $5 USD cost will incur.
- Upon client approval Custom Orders will be sent to client
digitally via email (if hard copy is purchased it will ship
according to shipping policies.)

Who Do You Ship With?
- I ship via USPS - you will see a variety of shipping methods at

Do You Offer Free Shipping?
- At this time only sticker orders offer free shipping within the
USA.

What Is Your Artwork Printed On?
- My artwork is printed on specialty heavyweight matte paper
intended for artwork quality. I used an Epson XP-7100 for
printing.
