I've created art since I was a child. While I was raising our son, cooking, gardening, making a home, working at my graphic design job, most days creativity and time were on the back burner!! So now I have begun making art again just for myself. I love to share it with others who enjoy the pictures I make, so I hope you will find something you would love to own.

I was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and grew up in Virginia. Eventually I moved west to California where I spent most of my graphic design career. Coming full circle, I am now back in Western Pennsylvania again! I have a grown son, and I live in Greensburg with my husband, one dog, and one cat.

I love painting pictures from the simple moments of our everyday lives, especially the enchanting dreams of childhood.
My favorite themes: the innocence of childhood, love of animals and nature, fairies and fairy tales. I love circus images, royal persons like Queen Elizabeth I and Marie Antoinette. Oh, and beautiful gardens and mermaids!

I enjoy making art journals and altering books. The best fun ever is to join an art journal swap with friends. I have many beautiful art journals filled with my artist friends' wonderful artwork :)
My favorite mediums are watercolor, acrylic paint, colored pencil, and vibrant inks. I paint mostly on canvas, wood, and paper, but enjoy being inspired to try more unusual surfaces.
