Hello, thanks for visiting my shop! I appreciate every visitor. I make all my items with the intention of them serving a great purpose: to hold all your special things. Please be sure to share my page with others if you like what you see. ♥

-Please be sure your Etsy address is correct. This is where I ship to.

-If you have a special shipping request, please contact me BEFORE you make your payment. I will adjust your order to reflect the changes.

-Shipping fees pay for many things: postage, delivery confirmation, shipping materials, time/packaging to and at the Post Office, etc.

-Payment must be made within 3 days or your sale will be canceled.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
As mentioned above, I need immediate notification if an order needs to be canceled. Once the item has been shipped it can't be refunded. It is important this is understood in advance.

If an item arrives damaged I will happily work with you to insure satisfaction. Please Convo me with any concerns you have regarding your order.

If you DO NOT purchase insurance I am NOT responsible for any loss you encounter. Damaged items, however, do not pertain to this.

My goal is to make you happy and confident in your purchase by making quality items. If it is not what you expected, please e-mail me and return the un-used item within 10 days. Upon receipt, I will issue a full refund, less shipping charges.
I accept PayPal to ensure secure money transfers. If there is no possible way for you to open a PayPal account please contact me. I would like to try and work something out. Once your payment has cleared I will ship your item within 1-3 business days.

If you need to cancel a purchase please Convo me immediately. I will do my best to work with you. It is important you are happy. However, once an item ships it is NOT refundable.

Custom orders:
Because custom orders require unique supplies that I don't always have in stock, advance payment is required. Once I create a custom listing for you that is a custom-order price-appropriate, please check-out at your convenience. Once payment has been received I will begin working on it. Thank you for your understanding! :)

Reserved Items:
If you request to have an item(s) reserved, please know that said items will only be held for up to 72 hours from the time the item is labeled as RESERVED. If 72 hours pass without receipt of payment, all reservations will be canceled and put "back on the shelf."
I ship on Tuesdays and Fridays with the USPS, and occasionally I shop Priority. All orders come with complimentary Delivery Confirmation.

If you are interested in Priority Mail with the USPS, please contact me beforehand so I can adjust the shipping costs.

If you would like insurance on your item, please Convo me BEFORE you make your purchase and I will include that in your transaction. Shipping insurance is $2.
