CANCELLATIONS: Magical Beans Home does not accept cancellations.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: We are sorry for any inconvenience however due to the nature of our merchandise, Magical Beans Home does NOT issue refunds or exchanges to U.S. customers per FTC laws and regulations.

However, there are always exceptions. These are decided on a case by case basis dependent on circumstances surrounding the order. Shipping charges are to be paid by the buyer for exchanged items, items returned by the post office as undeliverable, incorrect address, etc. A 30% restocking fee may be applicable for returned products.

*Returns MUST be made within 14 days of delivery. All returns require an RMA number from Magical Beans Home to be written on the outside of the return packaging. Those outside the 14 days or without an RMA number will not be eligible for refunds. We DO NOT accept returned packages without prior approval & an RMA number. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for refunds per FTC laws.

Please look at photos, item descriptions & take note of measurements located at the in each product listing. Contact us with any questions prior to purchase, as we respond promptly. Please... Shop & purchase thoughtfully.

DEFECTIVE/MISREPRESENTED: If you receive a defective or grossly misrepresented product please contact us within *3 days of delivery* with details of the issue. We will discuss how to return the item(s) and issue an RMA number. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect the product(s) and notify you via message/email regarding our findings. If a replacement or refund is necessary we will promptly replace the product (or refund the purchase price where applicable). Magical Beans Home does not refund shipping costs.

DAMAGE: We ask you to contact us within 48 hours of delivery when damage has occurred. Please do not discard any packaging! We will instruct you on how to proceed. When damage has indeed occurred through shipment, please comply with any and all requests by the USPS, 3rd Party Insurance, and Magical Beans Home in resolving matters re lost/damaged shipments including, but not limited to, research, affidavits, photographs, investigations, etc.

UNDELIVERABLE or INCORRECT ADDRESS: Magical Beans Home cannot be held responsible for packages that are returned due to incorrectly addressed, undeliverable, or unclaimed status. Re-Shipping is required when an order is returned to us. Buyers are responsible for all costs associated with re-shipping packages. We post to the address on file with PayPal & Etsy. Please ensure your address is correct while at checkout.

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES: In the event of damage or loss we will assist buyers through the USPS & 3rd party insurance where applicable for lost or stolen items. Please contact Magical Beans Home when your package is marked delivered via USPS tracking. Please comply with any and all requests by the USPS, 3rd Party Insurance, and Magical Beans Home in resolving matters on lost/stolen packages including but not limited to research, affidavits, photographs, investigations, police reports, etc.

Magical Beans Home will guide you through the process so you are fully protected in the event of damage, lost, stolen packages. Packages must be insured and have tracking. Tracking is required to be remitted at the time of the post. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged package(s) being returned by the buyer. Any damage or apparent use of returned items WILL NOT be refunded.

RESTOCKING FEES: Please note a restocking fee of *30% of the item's original purchase price will be deducted from the total refund amount.

SHIPPING CHARGES: MagicalBeansHome does not refund shipping charges nor do we cover return shipping charges. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Hardware Measurements

Measurements can be found under "Item Details".

Measurements include the length or width (the amount of inches from one end of a pull to the other end of the pull). Most knobs are typically measured by diameter. When purchasing knobs there will be no mention of "boring" or the boring will be centered.

A "Boring", in relation to hardware, refers to the posts located on the back of a drawer pull handle. The boring is found by measuring the center of one to post to the center of another post. Ex: The Pull is 3" inches wide & 1" Boring.

Hardware Restoration

MBH does NOT clean an item unless it's obviously soiled. Antique & Vintage pieces can lose their value if they are restored. We leave that to you, the client. However, we are happy to give tips on proper cleaning & brass restoration. Just reach out to us!

Magical Beans Home's hours of operation is as follows:

We are closed Sunday & Monday.
Closed all major U.S. Holidays.

We do check messages throughout the business day. We will also try to answer inquires on days we are closed. Rest assured, we value you & your time, we will do our best to return your message as soon as possible.

If it has been more than 24 hours since your last message please feel free to send another. There are occasions, eg website hiccups, internet down, power outage, etc where we may have missed your message. We look forward to hearing from you!

Custom and personalized orders

We welcome custom orders, may it be for hand-painted hardware or ordering a specific number (usually large orders) of hardware.

Payment is due in full, unless other arrangements are made, once the custom order is created.

We do not offer discounts, refunds or exchanges on custom orders or custom painted hardware. Sale prices are not be applied to Custom Orders.

Processing says 3-5 business days. What does this mean? Can you RUSH an order? Do you offer expedited shipping?

Processing time describes the amount of time it takes to pull, inspect & pack your order.

MBH's Etsy Shop allows *3-5 business days due to the volume of orders received from both MBH's Etsy shop & MBH website.

We do not offer a "*RUSH" option.

However, if you elect to UPGRADE your shipping to "Priority" (or any other expedited shipping option) we will *RUSH your order.

Upgraded shipping (Priority or any other expedited method) moves your order to the front of the line.
