Frequently asked questions
I like a design that is no longer available. Can you make another one?
99% of the time, yes! Many of my designs rely on the materials that I have on hand, but please reach out to me! There is a good chance I can make the design for you.
Can I wear your items if my skin is sensitive?
To reduce the chance of irritation, I use hypoallergenic materials or Eternal Jewelry Coat. The brass and aluminum chain I use is hypoallergenic. Eternal Jewelry Coat will need to be re-applied to most charms to prevent irritation if you are sensitive to common metals. You can find more information about this in my item descriptions.
Care instructions
To extend the life of your costume jewelry, please gently wipe down the necklace charms and ring bands after being worn. This will help remove the natural oils from your skin off of the jewelry pieces.
Can I contact you about a custom design?
Absolutely! I love making custom pieces. Feel free to message me about what you are looking for. The price of custom designs vary and usually requires a small customs fee ($2-5) but we'll discuss this before I make your item.
I've done many custom pieces and I'd love to help you with yours!
An item is listed as "Limited" in your shop. What does that mean?
Limited designs require materials that have a set amount of pieces. There is no guarantee that I can offer it again. If you see something you love that is a limited design, it is best to buy it asap!
Can you hold a design for me?
I am happy to hold any design for a specific buyer for up to 30 days. If you haven't purchased the item by the time limit, it will be open for others to purchase.
