Wonderful. Bought the hands as well and they were installed. Shipping costs are reasonable. They (the puppet) started to develop a personality almost as soon as the box was opened.

The puppet looks like it's picture and works well. I planned to add nose, ears and whatever else my character needed; however I didn't want to have to finish the inside of the head to secure the foam for the mouth. The way it is now makes it very difficult for a quick change during a show.

I cannot stress enough how well made this puppet is!! Soft material and has no flaws! Already considering purchasing another! Wonderful customer service too!!

The legs are so much fun to play with! The arms and hands are similar to mine, but different placement for arm bends. Interesting. Will definitely be a repeat customer with slight modifications for more toes and fingers. I appreciate your work, as these are a challenge to me to make myself, very time consuming. Very quick delivery.
