If your package is returned to us as non-deliverable you must pay a new shipping fee to reship to an updated address, or you will receive a refund less any shipping fees. All Unclaimed/ Refused packages returned to sender will receive a refund less any shipping fees.

Our charms are sold as craft supplies and most include a free jump ring from the manufacturer. If you choose to use this attachment, we recommend that you have the opening soldered closed for security. We carry other types of attachments which may be purchased separately in our shop.
