Returns and exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the date you receive your order. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition. Please ship returns in a padded envelope or insulated box, and include a copy of your order invoice. Shipping fees cannot be reimbursed. Defective items may be returned free of charge. I can not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Insurance is available for an extra fee upon request and is recommended.

I accept payment via PayPal and any major credit or debit card.
Shipping
Shipping to the US:
I use USPS First Class mail for all of my US shipping. Tracking and delivery confirmation are included.

Shipping Internationally: I use USPS First Class mail to ship to international destinations. Tracking and delivery confirmation are not available on International orders. As with all international shipping, there is no guarantee of shipping times.

All in stock orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from the day the order is received, I am happy to make custom orders, but they may take a bit longer, so please convo me if you are interested in a custom order.

If you would like to add shipping insurance, or would like your items shipped more quickly, please contact me and I will adjust the shipping price accordingly.
