I've always loved to create but never had the confidence to actually try and do art as a career. After the pandemic, my mental and physical health were both extremely fragile. Frequently asked questions
I ordered a shirt and a sticker. I received the sticker but where is my shirt?
Shirts & Sweaters ship separately from a company called Printful and can take a bit longer than USPS to arrive. Printful provides me with shipping and I can let you know where your order is if you have any worries!
It's been a while since I ordered and the tracking hasn't moved since a label was created. What does this mean?
If you notice over a week that the status of your order hasn't changed from "label created" please let me know! This most likely means the post office has lost it and I am more than happy to send it again!
My item says it was delivered but it's not here, what should I do?
If the tracking that Etsy provides on my end says "delivered" it's out of my hands and to contact USPS. I would recommend checking with a neighbor to see if it was delivered to the wrong address to be safe.
