Payment
★ Payment can be sent through Paypal or Credit Card using direct checkout. If you would like to pay with another method (ie money order) those are taken on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me. No personal checks.
Shipping
★ I ship to the address provided in your Etsy account. Please be sure that it is correct before completing checkout. If it is not, please notify me immediately so I can make the change before shipment.

★ If you need to upgrade your shipping to something faster for your deadline, please let me know prior to ordering so I can set up a personalized listing for you with an upgraded shipping speed.

★ All of my items are packed with quality materials and significant care. But no matter how much care one uses, there can sometimes be mishaps and damage during shipment. If your item is damaged in transit, please contact me upon it's arrival with photographs of the item and the package (exactly how it came to you) and I will issue a replacement or repair when the damaged item is returned to me or I deem it "un-repairable" and ask you to dispose of it.

★ If you fear your shipped order has been lost in transit, please contact me and we can work something out (for international buyers, there will be a longer waiting period unfortunately.) In the case of packages lost in transit, refunds will not be given and replacements/reorders can be discussed. To ease your mind, insurance is also available for an extra fee. Domestic packages shipped within the US will have tracking information, but international packages do not. If you would like to guarantee that your package is tracked, domestic or international, contact me prior to purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
★ If you are in any way dissatisfied with your order, please contact me prior to leaving neutral or negative feedback. Your satisfaction is my priority - I want to be sure you are happy and am very open to working out a positive solution.

★ You have 3 days from the time the item is delivered to contact me with any returns or problems with what you purchased. Returning shipping costs are paid by the buyer. I do not take responsibility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to me. As mentioned above, if damage or loss occurs when in transit, no refunds will be issued but exchanges, repairs or replacements can be discussed. I will not issue a refund or exchange until I receive the original item back in the condition in which it was received or see photographs of the damaged item with the packaging it came in. If an item is damaged after the 3 day period, no action will be taken.

All returns must be shipped via registered mail (with tracking number); you'll receive the refund within three business days from the return delivery date.

★Please Note★ Custom orders, whether from my imagery or yours, DO NOT qualify for refunds or returns. Since we keep close communication through the whole process and the item is not shipped unless you approve first, I cannot give refunds for custom items. If the item arrives damaged due to shipping problems, please notify me immediately with photos and we will find a positive solution.
***I also do not accept refunds or exchanges on edible items.***
Additional policies and FAQs
★ With custom orders, there are a series of approvals. First I will have you approve the crop of the desired image you would like to work with to give you an idea of how it will look in the setting. Once approved, I will begin production (which is approximately 1-2 weeks). Once completed, I will send you photos of the finished product. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the handiwork or there is a flaw in the materials, I will promptly redo the item with new materials at no extra cost up to 3 times.
