Elegant or kitschy...functional or fun...Every home deserves a little vintage!

I enjoy using and displaying lovely vintage pieces that have been handed down from my family, and that will one day be passed on to my children. And, of course, I love chasing down garage sales, ambling through estate sales, poring over thrift store treasures. I love the hunt!

Thus Magnolia's Attic was born ~ to satisfy my thrifting habit and my love of the history of vintage items. It's always exciting when I come across something that I remember from my childhood!

Returns and exchanges
All items are vintage and are sold "as is" and will have typical signs of wear. I do my best to accurately describe the condition of each item and to provide photos showing any obvious flaws.

Any refunds will be handled individually. I can refund only for the original sale amount -- shipping both ways will be at the expense of the buyer.

If you have any questions, please contact me prior to purchasing. I'm always happy to help!!

DAMAGES IN SHIPPING
This does occasionally happen and I do want you to be happy!! If your item arrives damaged, please contact me via convo or email as soon as possible. I will need a photo so I will know whether you should return it, or just keep it!

I will gladly refund for damaged items -- purchase price only; your original shipping amount cannot be refunded. Return shipping for a damaged item will be at my expense up to the original shipping amount -- any returned item should be mailed using the original shipping method.
Payment
I accept payment through PayPal or credit / debit cards processed through Etsy. I also accept Etsy Gift Cards.

Payment is appreciated at time of purchase.

However, if I have not heard from you within 3 days of your order, it will be considered unpaid and the item will be cancelled and relisted.

Shipping
Usually, items ship out the next day!! (Excludes Sundays and holidays.) If there will be a delay, I will let you know.

• Domestic and international shipping rates are calculated based on weight, package size and buyer's location and zip code.

• I ship to the address provided by Etsy. Please make sure that your address is correct and with the proper zip code.

• If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, I will get in touch with you via and Etsy conversation to see if you would like it to be resent. I will be happy to resend it to you after payment of the cost of reshipping. (I will send you an invoice through PayPal to cover the extra shipping cost).

If you are also shopping in once of my other shops and would like everything shipped together, please contact me PRIOR to purchase and I will be happy to figure a shipping amount just for you.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)
Items ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight. Priority Mail can also be selected for packages weighing less than one pound.

Tracking information will be provided in your Shipping Confirmation email and also in your Purchases Account -- simply go to the order and select "Track Package" to follow the progress of your order.

BOOKS
Heavier books will be shipped via USPS Media Mail depending on weight. Please note that delivery takes longer than with First Class -- usually about 3 to 10 days.
•• Please keep in mind that books must always be shipped separately from other items to qualify for less expensive media mail.

• Books are only offered to buyers in the US due to Media Mail shipping -- if you are an international customer and would like to purchase a book, I will be happy to quote you a rate via USPS First Class International shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Items ship via USPS First Class International. An option for Priority International shipping is also provided at check out.

I ship to the US and 30 additional countries -- if you do not see your country listed, please contact me and I can provide shipping information.

Items ship via USPS First Class Package International after receipt of payment. The USPS only provides tracking for select countries -- any tracking information will be provided in your Shipping Confirmation email and also in your Purchases Account -- simply go to the order and select "Track Package" to follow the progress of your item.

CUSTOMS CHARGES
International customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, etc. that may occur at the time of delivery.

UPGRADES
Upgrades to USPS Express are available for both domestic and international orders. Please contact me for a quote prior to purchase.

PACKAGING
Items will be securely packed to ensure their safe arrival. I use both new and recycled boxes, as well as bubble envelopes. I also use a good amount of bubble wrap to be sure that breakables are well protected.

CLEANING OF VINTAGE ITEMS
Even though vintage items are sold "as is" that doesn't mean they have to be dirty!
I want them to be clean and nice when they arrive on your doorstep. You can be assured that each piece has been gently wiped, washed or polished as needed. Linens and crocheted items are very gently handwashed, air dried, and pressed. Book covers are lightly dusted.
