We will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. We always try to put ourselves in the customer's shoes & go from there.
If payment has not been received within 24 hours, we will cancel the order, but you're more than welcome to replace the order at anytime.
We will work with you on shipping on an individual basis. If you order multiple items from us, we're more than happy to combine shipping to get the rate as low as possible. If you're an international buyer, please message us, so we can give you a shipping estimate. In the case we overestimate your shipping costs, we will refund any amount over $1.00.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not offer returns on our items. However, we do understand that from time to time things will happen (lost items, major damage during shipping, etc.) We will work with you on an individual basis to make adjustments accordingly. Please note we sell vintage items, therefore they've been around for awhile, but we do our best to give you info. about the damage done to the item due to age before you buy.
