*** International Shipping UPDATE ***

It has recently come to my attention that International Priority Mail packages are NOT trackable nor can a Certificate of Delivery be purchased. Therefore, I can only ship international orders via International EMS (Express Mail Service). This option covers up to $100 insurance and can be tracked. I can ship up to 2 yards of fabric in the International EMS envelope. The current costs for International EMS are as follows:

UK, Europe, Australia, & all other areas - $29.95
Canada - $26.95

This is the only way to protect & cover both myself and you the buyer.

If you want, I can send via International Priority Mail FRB, but these packages are NOT trackable, insurable, nor can a Certificate of Delivery be purchased. Therefore, if you choose that option, I cannot be held responsible for damaged/lost orders.

Unfortunately I do not currently ship international orders via standard parcel.

Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Refunds and Exchanges
FABRIC: All sales on cut fabric are final as they are off the bolt and cut specifically for you.

HANDMADE ITEMS: I typically do not accept returns, however I know that sometimes exceptions may be needed. If you are unhappy with your hand-made purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. If you do not contact me within 7 days of receipt I cannot accept returns or exchanges of any kind. Thanks for your understanding.
