5 out of 5 starsThe wife loved the cups with the sleeve! This shop is one of the most honest and best shops I have dealt with on Etsy. They are so caring and amazing to work with.

3 out of 5 starsThe finish looks like there was some mistakes that were haphazard not intentional .I could’ve set that aside if the spout worked properly ,but when you pour the sake it goes in towards the craft instead of out towards the cup.Practice and you can get it.

Frequently asked questions
Gift wrapping and packaging
Whenever possible, I try to use upcycled packing materials such as boxes, brown paper, or packing peanuts from packages I've received.
Unfortunately, shipping fragile items can be a challenge and I have to make sure everything arrives in one piece, so I often use bubble wrap. I'm constantly looking for better ways to package pottery for shipping, and my goal is to eliminate plastic in the near future.
Custom and personalized orders
Although we've done custom orders in the past, our current workload doesn't allow time for it. Hopefully we will be able to do custom work again in the future.
