Exquisite Table Linens & Room Decor

Magpie Linens came about when I couldn't find fabulous decor for my own wedding that didn't break the bank. I lusted after the sparkly tablecloths I saw on wedding blogs and pinterest but couldn't find a reasonably priced or reliable vendor. I'm passionate about delivering products that you will absolutely love and with great service.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We accept refunds/exchanges on any non-custom items providing the item/s is returned within 14 days. Return postage to be paid by the buyer. Any faulty items must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

if you're not 100% confident about your purchase please do let us know if you require more information/pictures etc. We also have swatches of most of our fabrics available to purchase

No return on custom orders or made to order items
Shipping
Please note all small orders are sent via standard Royal Mail post (Transit times: 1-3 working days for UK, 3-5 working days for Europe, and 5-7 working days for International)) and as such will not have tracking numbers. Larger orders are usually sent economy delivery to keep prices as low as possible for you (3-5 working days for UK, 5-7 working days for Europe, 7-10 working days for International), If you would prefer that it is sent via tracked courier this is no problem but will cost more - please get in touch prior to purchase or straight away after purchase.

Is is your responsibility to ensure your address can be shipped to, I.e PO Boxes. Once we send the order to the address you supply it is out of our hands and is your responsibility

It very rarely happens but sometimes items do get lost in the post, this is unfortunately beyond our control and so we cannot be held liable; we will be happy to supply proof of postage should this be required in order for you to claim compensation

- any import fees that may apply if shipped to another country
- any shipping delays
- items sent to the wrong address. We ship to the address supplied during checkout
- if a parcel is returned because of any of these reasons, we will not be liable for any further fees required to re-send the parcel
